Almost two months ago we had a good rain, since then we have had very little rain. … So, we only have a few flowers starting to bloom. The dead twigs in this image are last years leftovers of the same flowering plants.

It is very important for San Diegans to realize what an amazing gem we have in Fiesta Island. It is an enclave of nature right in the middle of Mission Bay. It should not be developed into a money making devolped park. It should remain as natural as it can.
