Chef Accursio Lota is also winner of the Best Chef in San Diego, in San Diego Magazine.
Chef split the fruit, gutted the fruit, made different sorbets of the insides, and put them back, then froze them rock hard. … Talk about melt in your mouth surprise! Amazing!
