This is our resident Black-Phoebe on his/her backyard hunting perch. From this perch SHe can oversee the entire back yard, and if SHe spots anything tasty, SHe swoops in and lickety-split takes the offending insect off the planet. Yay Phoebe, our reswident Black-Phoebe.
