The country mouse moved to Fiesta Island, and was taken aback by the plethora of tasty little things, until he got caught in a small flowering plant by my giant all seeing eye. … Then he froze for several blinks of an eye, and I was free for several seconds to chase this image.

On a misty day at Fiesta Island, lives several examples of Datura stramonium, known by the common names jimsonweed or Devil’s snare.
This particular flower just asked to kept for a hundred thousand years. So, I took several pictures of it, and this is the one I kept.

We had a little bit of rain on Fiesta Island, in San Diego Mission Bay, and on that island there was this tiny animal. I think she is beautiful.
