Chef Accursio Lota is also winner of the Best Chef in San Diego, in San Diego Magazine.
Chef split the fruit, gutted the fruit, made different sorbets of the insides, and put them back, then froze them rock hard. … Talk about melt in your mouth surprise! Amazing!

I was driving around yesterday evening, and I was very close to Mount Helix about sunset time, so, I went up there and shot the evenings sunset.
I have some very good memories of a very good friend, who has since our last visit, passed away.
Like the days, and the sunsets, our lives are very short.

That little ball of spiky stuff is the remains of the caterpillar skin. I will watch this and see if the adult ever emerges. With luck, I may catch some action in a little while.

On a misty day at Fiesta Island, lives several examples of Datura stramonium, known by the common names jimsonweed or Devil’s snare.
This particular flower just asked to kept for a hundred thousand years. So, I took several pictures of it, and this is the one I kept.
